From the Toolbar, click AGY for AgroGuide.
From the AgroGuide window, select General Setup, and then select Name Id - Roles.
To Create a new role, select the button New at the bottom of the window.
In the Name: box, type in the Name of the role. Example: Applicator.
In the Standard: box, select from the drop down box a list of hard coded standard name id roles. You must assign a standard role to the new role created.
Mark the active checkbox, if the role is active.
Click Apply, to save changes and create or modify name id roles.
Click OK, to save all changes in the Name id Id roles.Press Esc until the Toolbar becomes active.
