E+ Indicates that ALL inbound tickets with Estimated Weights increase ONLY the inbound transit and do NOT increase any other fields of the position until the actual weights for that ticket are entered. At that time the position is updated according to the ticket applicants and inbound in transit is decreased. When reviewing tickets with Estimated Weights, they will show up under the proper application for the customer but will not affect the appropriate fields on the DPR until the weights are finalized.
