Enables user to manage bookings through import process.

AGRIS now supports the booking import updates for the following fields.

Prior to this change, a booking could be imported, but not updated.
Description
When importing Bookings (ACRK records), an Add Update option (S. 125-125) allows user to select option 1-3 so that Fields H. Amount thru Fields R. Status fields may be updated on existing bookings already existing in the system.
If it doesn't exist, the import process will assume ADD/UPDATE OPTION = 1When importing Bookings (ACRK0 records), an Update Field Selection (U. 127-176) allows user to select which fields to update, thus protecting remaining field data.
50 Y/N flag each correspond to a Field H. Amount to R. Status (Only the first 11 are used)
Y=update this field.
N=Do not update this field.
If left Blank,STATUS update field selection defaults to Y.
Items with * next to them cannot be updated.
BOOKING fields cannot be updated on voided or applied booking lines.
BOOKING field update selection is ignored when updating status to void.
