- From the Toolbar, click BNK for Bank Management.
- From the Bank Management menu, select Bank Transfer.
- To search for the bank account to transfer from, click OK.
- On the Bank Management window, select the bank account name you want to transfer from.
- To search for the bank account to transfer to, click OK.
- On the Bank Management window, select the bank account you want to transfer to.
- In the Ledger Date box, change the ledger date if necessary.
- Click OK.
- In the Control Number box, change the number if necessary.Click OK.
- In the Description box, type a description that will explain the reason you performed a bank transfer.
- In the Amount box, type the amount of the bank transfer.
- In the Deposit # box, type the deposit number associated to the bank transfer.
- Click OK.
