Comment: Provided more details and specifics

At times we have found that the Dataset GUID shown under the Agsync AGRIS Cross Reference in AIS no longer matches the Dataset Unique ID found under AGRIS Dataset Maintenance causing the communication to fail between AIS and AGRIS. You can check if this is the reason AIS is not communicating by following these steps:

  • Log into Agris and select Maintenance > Dataset Maintenance

  • Select normal datasetthe dataset that should be connected with AIS/Agsync

  • Down at the bottom it will show Dataset Unique ID - Write this down

  • Log on to AIS Platform (https:\\ais.greenstonesystems.com)

  • Go to Cross Reference - > Agsync Cross Reference - > Agris Cross referenceReference

...

  • Verify the dataset GUID matchDataset GUID matches the Dataset Unique ID found previously. If not select Edit and type the Dataset Unique ID from Agris then click Update.

  • Run your CFT process and the red light on the AIS side should change to green.
