Select the desired features. The World, Regions, and Sub Regions layers all display normally in addition to the Google Bing Maps layer. The Background and Roads checkboxes combine to determine which map style to use in the Bing Maps layer. Rails, Misc Transportation, and Water do not change the view with Bing Maps. They are integral to the background imagery.
