Harvest is coming up or has started for some of you and that means printers are being utilized more frequently. Here are somethings to check if you are having issues print tickets out of OneWeigh:

  1. Does the printer have power?

  • Sounds obvious but storms, animals or etc. can cause issues with power getting to printer.

2. Are you able to print a windows test page?

  • If you are unable to print a windows test page out of the printer, then there is a communication issue between the PC and the printer.

OneWeigh will not be able to print a ticket if a windows test page can’t be printed. This is a job for your companies IT team to re-establish communication and get a windows test page to print.

3. Did the printer driver change?

  • Windows updates have been known to change a printers driver. Double check and make sure the driver is still the same or is available.
