How to identify inventory items that are obsolete or unused

  1. Run an Activity Summary Spreadsheet

    1. INV > Report Manager > Inventory Status Reports > Standard > 15. Activity Summary Spreadsheet

  2. Key in the date range you are looking for on the additional options screen

  3. A spreadsheet will open.

  4. For sales, look at column AI on the spreadsheet for Sales Quantity and column AP for Sales Amount $

  5. Sort the columns using Excel functions in the order desired, such as putting most sold quantity or dollars at the top.
