Problem
AIS determined that cross references for the work order are in conflict. Either the client, farm, field or cropzone has more than one reference.
Solution
AIS is notifying you that more than one cross reference existing for a single farm or field or cropzone.
- Review the work order by making a screenshot or leaving the browser window open.
- Open a new tab of your browser to open AIS a second time.
- Navigate in your second AIS tab to the cross reference tables to review the Work Order client, farm, field and cropzones (if enabled) to determine where more than one reference to the same client, farm, field, cropzone occurs.
- Once you find the duplicate it is recommended to adjust AgSync or AGRIS to resolve the conflict by changing the farm, field, crop zone descriptions or add a new entry to ensure there is not a conflict in AIS
