Benefits

  • Provide a method by which information can be supplied for pre-mixing chemicals prior to loading on transport.

  • Minimize time necessary to prepare transport and reduce or eliminate manual mixing operation in the field.

Description

AGY blending process now includes the ability to create liquid blend releases based on transport container sizes.

Equipment Maintenance allows user to assign containers when the equipment is designated as liquid and assigned both the Loadout and new CTruck roles. There are two types of containers, Tanks and Pods. User is able to assign and manage multiple containers per equipment, including setting weight and volume capacity.

Designated CTruck equipment can be assigned as AGY Location and Formulation Group default loadout. Assigning CTruck equipment as loadout requires blender assignment to be blank.
