Video tutorial

Step-by-step

1. Press Sales.

2. Search Name Description, Name Id, City, or Phone and Select the customer you are looking for.

3. Review the credit check, press Next

4. Search by the items Name, No, or Category and Select the item you are looking for.

5. Provide the quantity amount and price, press Done.

Note: To add more than one item press Add Another instead of Done.

6. Press on the Prepay option.

7. Provide the Check number. Select the start date. Make sure the Check Amount is correct.

- Enter remarks if you would like.

8. Press Sign to get the customer's signature. Press Finish to complete the Prepay. 

The Bank the prepay applies to is based on the User Name Id and Location Defaults in AGRIS.
