Details
You are now able to email a password encrypted PDF Graphic Form or Report. This will provide extra security to your documents.
Set-up
# | Description |

1. | Click on Maintenance and select Data Set Maintenance |

2. | Select a Dataset for which you would like to have password encrypted reports. |
3. | Click on Security Options |

4. | Set to Y for encryption-protected PDF’s. Set to Y + Password for encryption and password-protected PDF’s . Set to N for no encryption and password protection for PDF’s. |

5. | Click Save |
Once you try to open an encrypted PDF file through your email, it should look something like this.  | |
