Now you have the ability to change Wage Adjustment and Withholding Amount for the W-4 form.

How to set it up

Go to PAY > Employee Information > View/Edit Employee > Select Name ID > Option 2 - Wage Information

Now Wage Adjustment and Add. Withholding fields work independently.
