You may have one of the following conditions.

  1. Received a notice via email from noreplay@greenstonesystems.com that a transaction requires your attention.

  2. Logged into the greenstone data hub and noticed an error on the front screen that requires your attention.

These errors are typically due to one of the following:

  • Connectivity to the other system is not available.

  • User ID was not found.

Once you select the errors you are needing to take action on, you have two choices listed to the right.

  1. Retry or Resubmit

  2. Reject - Send again from the other system.
