Activity Log
Certain processes create an entry in the Activity Log upon completion. You can enter filter criteria and print the results. Each entry contains start date/time, elapsed time, dataset and user information, and information specific to each process.
Activity Log – Selection Criteria
Activity Date - Type a beginning and ending date to search for information within a specific time frame.
System Id - Type your system identification number (for example: G4) or a range of system identification numbers in the Beginning and Ending boxes. To view your system Id, go to AGRIS System Manager > Customize > System Configuration.
Station Number - Type your station number (for example: 001) in the Beginning and Ending boxes. To view your station number, go to AGRIS System Manager > Customize > Work Stations.
User Id - Type your user Id in the Beginning and Ending boxes.
Dataset Number - Type the number of the current dataset (for example: 010) in the Beginning and Ending boxes. To view the number of the current dataset, go to AGRIS System Manager > File > Select Dataset.
Package Id - Type the three-character package Id (for example: ACR) or a range of package Ids in the Beginning and Ending boxes. Refer to the table below to view package abbreviations.

Version - AGRIS release version (for example: 9.4.1.3) in the Beginning and Ending boxes. Leave blank to include all versions.
Network User - Type your network user Id, if you log onto a network, in the Beginning and Ending boxes. Leave blank to include all users.
Machine Name - Type your network computer name in the Beginning and Ending boxes. Leave black to include all machines.
Activity Number - Use the following Activity Numbers to filter:
1-3 - Environment messages
4 - A/R Statements
5 - Imports
6 - A/R Aging & Finance Charges
7 - A/R Recurring Invoices
8 - Cost Adjustment Procedure
9 - Physical Count Update
10 - Build Execution Id Work File
11 - Create System Entries
12 - Reports
Summary Report ? - Print a statistical summary of the selected log file information.
