  • Make sure this is on main AGRIS server
  • In AGRIS, Go to (package where report resides)>Report Manager>Advanced Reports>Report writer features

    • (currently only a few number of reports can come into MyGrower: Open Sales Order, Proof of Yield, Ticket Ownership, POY by Farm & Field, Sales History by Product Category, Stock/Equity, and any custom version of these)

  • Click Insert>Standard Reports OR User Defined Reports>Choose the report you want to bring into MyGrower, If it is an existing User Defined Report, it must be on the updated Report Engine

  • Change output to a 5=Multi Font Graphic File, Enter

  • Create a number (preferably starting with 9 so it could be on the bottom)

  • Should add “MYG” to beginning or end of the report name to help distinguish it from others

  • For file name, type “RANDOM”, and for Ext. type “PDF

  • Change “Open Output File After Processing” from a “Y” to a “N
