In certain instances, the support team may request that you provide log files for the Rapids agent. Use the steps below to find and capture relevant log files.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

  1. Navigate to the server where the Rapids agent is installed.

    1. Typically this is found on the server on one of the drives under the following path - Logs\RapidsTrading\Modularis\logs on the primary or alternative drive letters.

    2. If the log files are not found under the Logs\RapidsTrading\Modularis\logs folder contact your support representative to aid you in locating the user defined log location.

  2. Copy log files requested

  3. Zip up the files and send to the support team.
