Are you clicking print on your oneWeigh, expecting a ticket or maybe even a report to print out, but get nothing? Try these initial troubleshooting steps!
Is the printer on and are all the cables plugged in and secure (if wired)?
If it is turned on and connected properly, can you print a Windows Test page? If you cannot print a Windows Test page, please contact your internal IT and they will be able to assist.
Try rebooting the printer, it may just be a connection issue that can be solved with a simple reboot.
