Display Voucher Remarks in Account Balance Inquiry voucher grid (AGS-5601)

Simplify effort to understand relevant voucher information.

Details:

This change adds voucher remark 1 and 2 columns to the voucher grid.  In addition to remark columns, Actual / Estimate Status, Document Type, Ledger Date, and Currency Code columns have been added to the grid as documented in AGS-5604.  Grid horizontal scroll has also been enabled so that user may scroll the grid in order to display additional columns in the viewing pane.
