Additional Option When Applying Tickets From Hold & Averaging the Grades (ask question "Do You Want To Update The Default Values ?" when the defaults are changed) (AGS-9777)

Benefits:

• This change will help eliminate errors and prevent rework during the Apply From Hold process.  

Details:

• When changing the Average Option during the Apply From Hold process, the user will be will be prompted to save the change as the new default rather than automatically saving it as it did prior to 19.3.

Navigation: 

Commodity Accounting:  Shipments > Apply Tickets From Hold 

• Select option 2) Group All Tickets Together.
• 
• Enter all required information to choose the tickets and press enter.
• 
• The average option defaults will load into the next screen.  If any are changed then the user will be prompted to save the changes as the new default.  The default answer is "No".
