AGRIS Clients, Farms or Fields are missing from the Cross reference AIS?

When Cross Referencing error work orders, the cross reference pull down list may not list all the Clients, Farms or Fields in the cross reference pull down list from the AGRIS list. 

This may occur due to not all data was sent from AGRIS to notify AIS that it exists.

Solution

Resend / Refresh all data from AGRIS for the type of information sent. (client, farm, field and or cropzone)

Steps to resend the type of data (example is Agroguide Client list)

  1. Select CFT>AGRIS Web Service> AGSYNC from the Agris Menu

  2. Select #1 AGRIS Web Service Configuration

  3. Select the “Agronomy Client Extract”

  4. Then change the date to process as 010110  (Jan 1 2010) 

  5. Confirm the payload size is set at 250 

  6. Select Save and Exit

  7. Select Process from the Agris Web Service menu

  8. When the system completes processing confirm the data is now available in AIS
