My Recent Rejections Detail report is too big

Problem

When I select Recent Rejection Details the file takes a long time to open or there are many records that are no longer relevant.

Solution

You or your system admin can rename or remove the file if you have access to the AGRIS dataset.

  1. Access the dataset folder for your business. 

  2. Search for the AGWEBERR.XML file 

  3. Right Click and Rename or delete the file. 

You will now notice that the (4) Recent Rejection Details option can no longer be selected.

This option will reopen when an new error is added to the error log.
