AGRIS™ Product Suite Product Lifecycle
A "product lifecycle process" serves to define the stages of the life of a product - in particular, when it is issued and how long it is maintained and supported. A product lifecycle method is important to help you stay current on the latest version, as well as help focus your maintenance dollars on improving the most advanced version of a product and creating new products. Effective December 1, 2006, a product lifecycle process for the AGRIS Product Suite was put in place.

Product Version and Releases
New Releases are substantial upgrades to an existing product and/or brand-new products. Additional fees and/or terms may be required.
Cultura Technologies LLC may use a combination of major product versions and service packs in order to make improvements and corrections available to customers.
Ongoing Maintenance
Released products will generally be maintained for a minimum of 12 months.
Maintenance refers to service packs, fixes, and updates.
Ongoing Support
If you have a valid Maintenance and Support contract, we will continue your support through our available support channels (phone, email, etc.) in the best manner we can. However, if your issue cannot be duplicated on a currently-supported version, we will not be able to help you with the older version and will recommend that you upgrade.
We will continue to provide support for all procedural questions as long as you have a valid support and maintenance contract. All procedural questions will be answered unless you run into a version-specific issue corrected in a newer release.
