How to create a new date group and assignment for Jan Pay checks.

Go to Customize>Date Group>Select a new date group

Enter a code/description

Change the earliest date allowed and the Latest date allowed. Latest date allowed should be the deferred date of the settlements.

Go to customize>Date Assignments>Settlements>Select

Choose the new date group

When processing the settlement you can now enter a future settlement date.

Note* Once the settlement is processed with a forward date the settlement CAN NOT be voided until the date is rolled to the settlement date.

Once the Jan Pay settlements are done processing change the settlement assignment back to the original date group.
