CINCH 18.51 - Document Exchange

This chapter describes miscellaneous enhancements made to CINCHX.
This chapter contains the following sections:


Changes to AgXML 2.0 Freight Carrier Export
The AgXML 2.0 Freight Carrier Export has been enhanced to work without the requirement of a Vendor ID. (CIN-4347)

Processing Notes:

  • The system will send an export file if the following conditions are met:

    • A new Shipping Method is created, the Shipping Method Detail Maintenance window is opened, user either adds a Vendor ID or a Shipping Category, and user Saves/Closes both the Shipping Method Detail Maintenance window and the Shipping Methods Setup window.

    • An existing Shipping Method is updated via the Shipping Methods Setup window or the Shipping Method Detail Maintenance window and both windows are saved and closed.

Note: the system WILL NOT send an update if the Vendor ID's address is updated via Vendor Maintenance or Vendor Address Maintenance.

  •  

    • The Initialize button is selected in the Service Partner Setup window.


Changes to AgXML 4.0 Load Export
AgXML 4.0 Load Export has been updated with the addition of the service setting, Load Prefix Filter. (CIN-4987)

  1. AgXML 4.0 Load Export

    1. Service Partner Settings:

      1. Load Prefix Filter

        1. Default = *

        2. Enter a single Load Prefix or list of Load Prefixes.

          1. Each filter needs to be entered on a separate line.

          2. Multiple filters can be pasted at once into the drop-down list box.

          3. An asterisk or empty string value will be treated as allow all, or, the service will not filter by this setting.

Processing Note:

  • The Load Order Prefix setting will be validated against the IRPrefix10 field within the IRGNLoadKeyMSTR table.


Changes to AgXML 4.0 Purchase Contract Export
AgXML 4.0 Purchase Contract Export has been updated with the addition of the service setting, Use Wt & Grade To Govern. (CIN-4660)

    1. Supported Exchange Partner Filters

      1. No Filters Apply

    2. Service Line Settings

      1. Use Wt & Grade To Govern

        1. Yes – Exports Weight/Grades to govern. See processing notes for valid AgXML schema values.

        2. No (Default) – Does not export Weight/Grades to Govern


Processing Notes:

  • Valid AgXML schema values. The First value is the User Defined Prompt values for Weights/Grades to Govern. The Second () value is how it will display in the XML.

    • Grades to Govern.

Changes to AgXML 4.0 Purchase Contract Import
AgXML 4.0 Purchase Contract Import has been updated to support the import of Weights and Grades to Govern as long at the values imported are valid AgXML schema values and exist within the User Defined Prompt values in CINCH for Weights/Grades to Govern. (CIN-4660)
Processing Notes:

  • Valid AgXML schema values. The First value is the User Defined Prompt values for Weights/Grades to Govern. The Second () value is how it needs to display in the XML.

Changes to AgXML 4.0 Ticket Export
AgXML 4.0 Ticket Export has been updated with the addition of the service setting, Use Quality Class. (CIN-4700)

    1. Service Partner Settings:

      1. Use Quality Class

        1. Yes, exports both the Quality Class and Quality Sub Class. (New Functionality)

        2. No, exports the X Ref Class and the first X Ref Sub Class. (Existing Functionality)



Changes to AgXML 4.0 Ticket Import
AgXML 4.0 Ticket Import has been updated with the addition of the service setting, Use Quality Class. Spot Immediate and Spot EOD applications have also been updated. (CIN-4700 & CIN-5001)

  1. AgXML 4.0 Ticket Import

    1. Service Partner Settings:

      1. User Quality Class

        1. Yes, imports both the Quality Class and Quality Sub Class. (New Functionality)

        2. No, import the X Ref Class and the first X Ref Sub Class. (Existing Functionality)


Processing Notes:

  • If there is more than one application in the XML file and one of them is either Spot Immediate or Spot EOD, we are no longer marking the IRGNTicketScaleWORK table's IRSpotPriceFlag field. (IRSpotPriceFlag = 0)

  • If there is only one application in the file of Spot Immediate or Spot EOD then the whole ticket is marked as a spot (IRSpotPriceFlag = 1).

  • WARNING: AgXML 4.0 Ticket Import only updates a ticket's detail records. It does not update the ticket's owner records. CIN-5025 will enhance the creation of the owner records but has not been completed within this release.


Changes to CIDX 4.0 Load Export
CIDX 4.0 Load Export has been updated with the addition of the service setting, Load Prefix Filter. (CIN-4987)
