Chapter 4_NEW Customer_Vendor Combiner and Modifier Functionality - CINCH 18.55

CINCH has been updated to work with Microsoft Dynamics GP's Customer/Vendor Combiner and Modifier. (CIN-5112 & CIN-5182)

Changes to Dynamics GP's Customer Combiner and Modifier to support CINCH
Microsoft Dynamics GP's Customer Combiner and Modifier window does two things.

         1. Combine a customer ID with another existing customer ID.

         2. Modify/change an existing customer ID to a new customer ID.

These two processes handle all Dynamics GP and third-party tables that included a CUSTNMBR field name. However, a few CINCH tables with a CUSTNMBR field will be updated due to primary key issues. Plus, CINCH has additional tables that contain customer numbers in fields named other than CUSTNMBR.
The following additional CINCH tables will be updated during the Customer Modifier and Combiner process.

Changes to Dynamics GP's Vendor Combiner and Modifier to support CINCH
Microsoft Dynamics GP's Vendor Combiner and Modifier window does two things.

1. Combine a current vendor ID with another existing vendor ID.

2. Modify/change an existing vendor ID to a new vendor ID.

These two processes handled all GP and third-party tables that included a VENDORID field name. However, a few CINCH tables with a VENDORID field will be updated due to primary key issues. Plus, CINCH has additional tables that contain vendor numbers in fields named other than VENDORID.
The following additional CINCH tables will be updated during the Vendor Modifier and Combiner process.
