Chapter 5_NEW Inbound Scale Ticket – Batch Print by Ticket Number - CINCH 18.55

This chapter describes an enhancement to the Batch Print Options window for Inbound Scale Tickets. (CIN-4567)

Changes to Purchases/Inbound User Setup
A new setting has been added in the Purchases/Inbound User Setup window to default the By Ticket Number setting, within the Batch Print Options window, to print Inbound Tickets by Ticket Number.

1. Open the Purchases/Inbound User Setup window

(Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> Setup >> CINCH Grain >> Purchases/Inbound User Setup)

1. Ticket Batch Print option by Ticket Number

   1. Checked, the Batch Print Options windows' Inbound Ticket's By Ticket Number setting will default checked. Inbound Tickets will print in ticket number order.

   2. Unchecked, the Batch Print Options windows' Inbound Ticket's By Ticket Number setting will default unchecked. Inbound Tickets will print in customer number order.

Changes to Batch Print Options
A new setting has been added in the Batch Print Options window to print Inbound Scale Tickets by Ticket Number.

1. Open the Purchases/Inbound User Setup window

(Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> Setup >> CINCH Grain >> Purchases/Inbound User Setup)

1. By Ticket Number – enabled only when Print: Documents is selected.

   1. Checked, Inbound Tickets will print in ticket number order.

   2. Unchecked, Inbound Tickets will print in customer number order.
