There are 8 new enhancements including:

Features and Benefits

Mobile

Send Message - use the email address of the Account Administrator (if set) instead of the Site Administrator's email address (MYG-1967)

  • Minimize time and effort spent by the site Administrator forwarding email messages sent by the grower / customer Account to the agribusiness via the "Send Message" button on the app.
  • Maximize the likelihood that the assigned Administrator receives message from the grower / customer Account.
  • Speed up the time for the assigned Administrator to receive a message from an assigned grower / customer Account.

Call button / icon now invokes the phone app so the grower only needs to press the "Call" (or "Cancel") button on the phone app (MYG-1964)

Minimize time and effort for a person using MyGrower to call the administrator.

Essential - > Switch Agribusiness - New Cancel button when a member is switching the agribusiness but decides to stay on the current agribusiness (MYG-1885)

  • Improve clarity and flexibility to the farmer / customer when switching views from one agribusiness to another using MyGrower Essential. 
  • Reduce time and effort to accommodate a change of mind when the member wishes to stay on the selected agribusiness.

Added an invoice filter for "Billed To" on Mobile (MYG-1786)

Reduce time and effort to view invoices for particular Billed To Name Ids

Contracts - pressing a particular schedule on the Summary screen drills into that price schedule on the detail screen (MYG-1933)

Minimize effort and time to see the details on an applicable contract price schedule.
Storage 

Now displays only active locations and commodities on the Storage page (MYG-1793)

Reduce time and effort to find tickets and storage balances by only displaying active commodities and locations.  When selecting the Commodities, only the locations will appear where those commodities AND locations are active (i.e., setup and active in AGRIS).

Storage - now shows "On Hold" (not yet applied) and storage types is now dynamic to hide when there is no data for a type (web and mobile) (MYG-1888)

Minimize effort and time to search and view balances and information details.
Tickets

New PDF button like Contracts, Settlements and Invoices (for web and mobile) (MYG-1908) 

Maximize the ability to see more information about the ticket by showing the AGRIS scale ticket form. This may contain additional information including:

  • Date and time of Gross and Tare weights
  • Grade factors and discounts
  • Miscellaneous Information (e.g., shipper, origin location, destination location, other references)
  • Remarks (e.g., grader/inspector, pit, other comments)

To make this work, set a default Ticket form in AGRIS.  Go to GRN > Forms Manager > Choose Default Forms > 1) Inbound Tickets and select your User Defined or a Standard Graphic Ticket Form.
