Quick List/Remarks Maintenance (Clean Up)

If you would like to clean-up the Quick List Remarks, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to: ONE -> Quick List/Remarks Maintenance

2. To edit/update Remark Fields (Weighmaster, Driver, Truck Color, etc.) Click on 'Select From List' under the Main Remarks section.

3. The following screen will appear – from here you can:

  1. Select All / Unselect All (highly doubtful that you will need this)

  2. Filter the results

  3. Edit a current entry

  4. Delete the selected record(s)

4. To filter the results simply click the filter button (#4 from above) and select the field you wish to view. The results will only show the remarks that have been set for that particular field.
