  1. Seasonal site check list

    1. Test scales

      1. Pull a vehicle

      2. Start a ticket

      3. Compare the indicator with what is displayed on the ticket entry screen

      4. USB to serial Adapter - StarTech – USB to Serial Adapter – ICUSB2322F – you can get a single port as well.

    2. Test grading equipment

      1. Start a ticket.

      2. Add a commodity

      3. Run grain through meter and make sure that Moisture and TW go to the proper ticket

    3. Test printers – print a WeighOnly ticket

    4. If using a form of electronic name import – create a Disney character in Agris and run the electronic import process and verify the name came into the oneWeigh.

  2. Create a test ticket.

    1. Pull a vehicle on the scale – press the Weigh button, verify the weight on the scale indicator matches weight taken.

    2. Pull vehicle half off and take 2nd weight, verify the weight on the scale indicator matches weight taken.

    3. Complete ticket

      1. Verify that the ticket printed as desired.

      2. Import ticket into Agris – this will test:

        1. Network connectivity

        2. Export path and file name in the oneWeigh configuration.

        3. Import path and file name on Agris.
