About the RAPIDS App

What is RAPIDS?

  • RAPIDS stands for Risk And Protection Identification System

  • RAPIDS is an interface that allows you to create contracts in AGRIS from any connected device (mobile, tablet, desktop).

  • Additionally, RAPIDS offers the ability to monitor your position, as well as auto-hedge.

Who is RAPIDS for and what benefits does it provide to them?

  • RAPIDS is suited to anyone who is a part of the contract creation process in AGRIS.  No longer do you have to enter contracts on sticky notes and then pass on to be entered in to AGRIS later.  RAPIDS allows you to key in the contract on a single screen while talking to the customer.

  • Or, if you have a mobile sales staff, they can enter contracts in RAPIDS on tablets or mobile phone, which will update in AGRIS in real-time (provided the device has a data plan or wireless connectivity).

Prerequisites

  • Requires Microsoft SQL or SQL express - Current release or 1 version back.

  • Microsoft SQL Management Studio - Current release or 1 version back.

  • Installation on the AGRIS Database or Application server
