Patron History/Patronage History

Use the Patron History option to add, view, edit, and delete accumulated patron activity. You can edit or delete unrefunded activity only. Refunded activity will have a Transaction Date listed on the bottom right of the activity screen, and cannot be changed or deleted. The add function is useful when you are first setting up your system, and are entering beginning patronage activity balances. Before you use this option, you must set up Patronage Codes before adding or editing patron activity. If you are viewing, editing or deleting existing patron activity, you must already have accumulated patron activity.
