CIDX 4.0 Sales Order Import: If a Sales Order that is imported, has multiple lines with different payment terms, CIDX 4.0 Sales Order Import will valid the first lines payment term and will use only that term for the header and all lines on the Sales Order. If the payment term is invalid the import will fail. The error will state, The Payment Term does not exist. (CIN-5839). (CIN-)

Grain

  • Company Data Archive has been enhanced to archive CINCH Grain Inbound, Grain Outbound, Grain Futures and Options, Barge and DPR. (CIN-5404)

  • NEW Safe Pay Integration: Lienholder information printed on settlement checks may now be included in the Safe Pay Data/File. (CIN-4163)

  • NEW Freight Inquiry added to Payables Transaction Entry Zoom:
    The Freight Inquiry window now displays all freight transactions associated with the selected voucher. (CIN-4168)

  • NEW Grain Summary Report: The Grain Summary Report has been enhanced to improve performance. The names of the two reports are as follows:

    • Grain Summary Report (IRGNCustGrainSummary)

    • Grain Summary Report NEW (IRGNCustGrainSummaryRpt) (CIN-5173)

  • Maximize performance searching for CINCH information when many years of history exist.

  • Reduce time to search for and generate reports when many years of history exist.

  • Maximize the accuracy of lienholder names on checks when using KTL SafePay.

  • Minimize time and effort to view the source transactions (tickets/shipments) involving freight.

  • The performance improvement in a test environment was nearly 50% (i.e., less time to process).

  • Reduce the time to generate the Customer Summary Inquiry - Grain Summary Report for a single Sales customer or Grain Supplier.

  • Minimize time to process the Grain Summary Report for multiple customers.

Sales

  • Customer Summary Inquiry: A new display restriction called Delivery Details has been added to the Customer Summary Inquiry window in order to display more information for All Contract Types (i.e., Delivery Start Date, sortable, Delivery End Date, Delivery Quantity). (CIN-3787)

  • E-Mail Message Setup for Doc type CINCH Load Order and Generator
    Customer: PO Number has been added to the list of available fields on the Message Setup for Doc Type CINCH Load Order & Generator. (CIN-5693)

  • Additional data provides reduces time and effort to see Customer Summary Inquiry List. New sort options maximizes the ability to quickly see relevant information with minimal navigation.

  • Minimize effort and time to see purchase order numbers.
