DP Receipts - DP receipt forms can now be saved in the Attach Too Document management system. (AGS-13573)

Reduce time to display document attachments for Delayed Price Receipts and Warehouse Receipts.

Description

When applying grain to delayed price (dp) or warehouse receipts, or changing the expire date on a receipt, you have the ability to attach external documents to the receipt form. When printing the dp/warehouse receipt, the receipt form will have an option to automatically be saved in AttachToo.

Usage

Attaching external documents in “Apply to DP Receipt or Warehouse Receipt.”

In AGRIS go to, GRN > Settlements > Apply From Storage > Apply to DP Receipt or Warehouse Receipt.

The AttachToo Paper Clip icon in the lower-left corner allows you to attach external documents to the transaction being displayed on the screen.

Prior to the 21.1.0 release, the transaction associated with the paper clip was the Delivery Sheet on the top half of the screen. After the 21.1.0 release, the transaction associated with the paper clip is the Delayed Price Receipt. This allows you to attach documents to the receipt, and access those documents from the Receipt AttachToo icon, no matter which Delivery Sheet is being applied to the dp/warehouse receipt.

Setting up the AttachToo for DP Receipt Forms or Warehouse Receipt Forms

In AGRIS go to, GRN > Forms Manager > DP Receipt Forms or Warehouse Receipt Forms

When adding or editing a DP Receipt Form or a Warehouse Receipt Form, the question at the bottom of this screen says “Create Additional Copy In A Folder ?”.

If you answer that question with a “D” or a “B”, then a copy of the receipt form will automatically be placed in AttachToo when the form is printed.

D = Send an additional copy to AttachToo (Document Storage)

B = Send an additional copy to AttchToo AND create a copy in a folder on the network

All Receipt Forms that are sent to AttachToo will be able to be retrieved, viewed, and reprint with the paper clip icon when editing a DP Receipt or a Warehouse Receipt.

In AGRIS go to, GRN > Delivery Sheet Maintenance > Create/Edit Delivery Sheets > Select Delivery Sheet
