Added Sort and Filter options for the Import Equity window.

1. Open Import Equity window

(Activities >> Import Equity)

1. Records can be sorted or filtered based on the column details.

   1. Filter By

      1. Orig (Originating)

      2. Dest (Destination)

   2. Member

   3. Stock Type

   4. Patronage Class

   5. Year
