New Features and Benefits
Below are a few of the highlights found in CINCH 18.5 with benefits including maximizing ability, reducing time and increasing efficiency in entering and processing transactions in CINCH.

Grain | The Inbound Unit Train Ticket Entry window has been updated with several user-friendly enhancements. | Data entered but not yet saved will be protected. |
The Purchases/Inbound User Setup window has a new setting called ‘Allow Delete Purchase Load Order’ checkbox. | Purchase Load Order delete functionality is now controlled by its own setting providing greater, accurate control of purchase loads. | |
Grain Bank Statements window has a new option tied to the ‘Cutoff as of Date’. | Cutoff as of Date filter is now more flexible with the additional setting of either by Apply Date or Invoice Date. | |
Ticket Assembly Move window has a new column ‘Priced Qty’ with a new sorting option. | The new Priced Qty column provides greater visibility of an important data point. | |
Enhancements were made to advance check printing. | The new rules tied to the Remit To field will affect the creation of the advance check making for more accurate information on the check. | |
Inventory | The ‘Bulk Transfer User Setup’ window now includes the Print Option default for Grade, Scale, or Both. The ‘Bulk Transfer Entry’ window includes the same option which affects the printing of the related document(s). | Printing the bulk transfer tickets allows for greater flexibility providing the option to print Grade, Scale, or Both tickets. |
Sales | The ‘Sales/Outbound User Setup’ has a new checkbox called ‘Driver On Scale’. | Shipments on the Bulk and Grain shipping windows will now be able to show and store whether the driver was on the scale when the weight was taken. This provides more accurate understanding of the scale weights. |
The ‘Prepay Setup’ window has a new checkbox called ‘Limit Prepay Indicator on Bulk Shipment Invoicing’. | Enhances how prepay is represented in Bulk Shipment Invoicing providing a more accurate view of the information. | |
The ‘Sales Setup Options’ window has a new option called ‘Ship To ID’. | This is used for default settings on sales splits making entry data entry easier and faster. | |
Shipping | Enhancements made to Load Generator with the addition of the On-Hold and Invoice Freight checkboxes. | Allows generated loads to default to on hold. Allows generated loads to default to invoice freight. Both options make for more efficient load generation. |

The 2021 release plan for CINCH will have major releases in March/April and August/September timeframes and a minor release in early December compatible with the GP year-end release.
