Overview
Use this procedure to view the status of your inventory by item number and status. The inquiry displays default selling unit of measure, default purchasing unit of measure, retail, warehouse, reorder point and units, overstock point, on order, on hand, committed, available, value, average cost, recent cost, market cost, and in process.
To view inventory status:
- From the Toolbar, click Inventory.
- From the Inventory menu, select Inventory Status Inquiry.
- In the Item Number box, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the item number you want to inquire on, or type the item number that you want to inquire on.
- Click OK.
- Select the Location you want to inquire on.
- Select Display Status.
