Viewing Transactions

Overview

Use this procedure to view the status of your inventory by item number and transaction.

To view transactions:

1. From the Toolbar, click INV for Inventory.

2. From the Inventory menu, select Inventory Status Inquiry.

3. In the Item Number box, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the item number you want to inquire on, or type the item number that you want to inquire on.

4. Click OK.

   Open

   

5. Select the Location you want to inquire on.

6. Select Display Transactions.

7. In the Beginning and Ending boxes, type a range of information that will limit the number of transactions that display, or leave blank to display all transactions.

8. Click OK.

9. Select a Transaction.
