Tickets In Progress Lookup Filter (NEW)

This chapter describes enhancements made to CINCH to filter the lookup of Bulk and Inbound Scale Tickets.

 

Changes to Purchases/Inbound User Setup

The Purchases/Inbound Setup window has been updated with a new setting.

Open Purchase/Inbound User Setup

Go to: Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Cinch Grain > Purchase/Inbound User

Filter Ticket Lookup by Current User Class checkbox, when marked, will default the Tickets In Progress Lookup window to only display tickets entered by the current user’s user class.

The Tickets in Progress Lookup window has been updated with a new filter.

Open Tickets In Progress Lookup

Go to: Transactions > Cinch Grain > Purchases/Inbound > Scale Ticket Entry > Ticket Lookup button

Filter By Current User Class checkbox, displays only the tickets entered by the users within the current user’s user class and works in conjunction with the Display filter and the Grain, Bulk and Both radio buttons.  It will default checked or unchecked based on the Purchase/Inbound User Setup window but can be changed.  If changed, the change will be saved back to the Purchase/Inbound User Setup window so that the next time the window is opened it defaults with the last setting.
