This page will help you setup AGRIS properly to enable the Warehouse App features to the applicable staff on your team. A gray-colored button in the Warehouse App indicates that security is not set for that person to use that function. Here is an example:
Ship (Delivery Tickets)
1. Type the letter (I) to quickly search for the INV package. Set the following options to appropriate security levels:
Import Item Barcodes (Set security to 4 or higher).
Import Delivery Tickets (Set security to 4 or higher).
Import Delivery Tickets Signature (Set security to 6 or higher).
