Ship (Delivery Tickets) Setup

This page will help you setup AGRIS properly to enable the Warehouse App features to the applicable staff on your team. A gray-colored button in the Warehouse App indicates that security is not set for that person to use that function. Here is an example:

Open

Ship (Delivery Tickets)

1. Open AGRIS

2. Go to: Customize > System Security.

3. Select the user(s). 

4. Select Option 4 - Edit Security Levels.

5. Type the letter (I) to quickly search for the INV package. Set the following options to appropriate security levels:

• Import Item Barcodes (Set security to 4 or higher).

• Import Delivery Tickets (Set security to 4 or higher).

• Import Delivery Tickets Signature (Set security to 6 or higher).

• Delivery Ticket Entry (Set security to 4 or higher).

• Print Delivery Tickets (Set security to 6 or higher).

6. Click Back and select option 11) Save / Exit.
