This is a How-To Article that will show you how to properly setup forms in Agris to allow you to use them for prints on the warehouse and sales apps.

Instructions

AttachToo settings for Sales and Warehouse Apps

MUST be Graphic Forms
Form must be set to create a copy in AttachToo before it is picked up by Sales app or Warehouse app.
Navigate to these corresponding areas to setup the form

i. Bookings/Quote – ACR > Forms Manager > Sales Booking Forms

ii. Prepay – ACR > Forms Manager > Prepay Statement Forms

iii. Sales Order – INV > Forms Manager > Sales Order Forms

iv. Delivery Ticket – INV > Forms Manager > Delivery Ticket Forms

v. Transfer – INV > Forms Manager > Inventory Transfer Forms

d. Select the form that you wish to setup from the list (Must be Graphic)

i. Confirm that the Output type in the first box is a 4 and click OK

ii. Click next once until the screen looks like the picture below.

iii. “Create Additional Copy In A Folder” must be set to a D or a B

Click Next - Add Y's to the options for Create Additional Copy when Printing to (other options)

a. Default form MUST be set in Agris so that Sales and Warehouse apps can pull the correct form.

i. Navigate to ACR > Forms Manager > Choose Default Forms for Bookings/Quotes, Prepays.

ii. Navigate to INV > Forms Manager > Choose Default Forms in INV for Sales Orders, Delivery Tickets, or Inventory Transfers.

b. Click the correct form category (Ex. Booking Form)

c. Select standard or user defined, and pick the appropriate form that was set up in the AttachToo steps above.

d. Set the form as default “This Is The Default Form, Allow Override”.
