Graphic Reports/Forms - PDF Encryption

In this article, we share how to encrypt pdf graphic reports/forms sent via email.

 Instructions

Go to Maintenance- Dataset Maintenances- Security Options

Open

You have three options when it comes to this setting

(N) - No encryption (the PDF will not be encrypted and no password is required to open the document)
(Y) - Yes encryption without password (the PDF will be encrypted and no password is required to open the document).  This is the default behavior prior to AGRIS 20.3.
(Y) - Yes encryption with password (the PDF is encrypted and the password is required to open the document)
