Product Announcement: AGRIS™ Product Suite 10.2.0 is Now Available!

WHAT ARE THE HIGHLIGHTS?

AGRIS 10.2.0 has arrived! It contains:

  •  

    • AgroGuide improvements, including the ability to customize Field Notebook forms

    • Commodity enhancements to help streamline freight transactions

    • oneWeigh scale automation enhancements to improve the usability of Deliver Tickets and other changes to increase throughput at the scale and improve integrations with other applications

Accounts Payable (ACP)

Ability to assign a default check for per bank.

Minimize the risk of disbursing funds twice (via check printing and ACH processing). Before this enhancement, a business process is required to run customer setup for ACH first then for normal checks. This enhancement reduces effort by removing this process and replacing it with a single process. It also enables this to run as a nightly process. Click HERE to learn more.

AgroGuide (AGY)

Allow AGY forms, including Field Notebook, to hit Forms Spool (instead of Reports spool). Active Reports Field Notebook Form design enabled as user definable form

Greater flexibility to share Field Notebooks with growers via the Email Forms extended option and the iView service. Improves flexibility to share Field Notebook information tailored to your agronomy customers. Click HERE for more information.

Commodity (GRN)

Ticket Entry - Freight Only Ticket - allow the user to easily see what freight tickets have been entered during entry

Are you often interrupted during the freight ticket entry with phone calls and other questions? 
When you return to freight ticket entry, do you often lose track of what you entered (i.e., the second or third cost, what was the last cost entered, how much has been entered so far, etc.)?  Reduce time and effort during commodity ticket entry to view all freight tickets associated to a primary ticket. Enter the primary ticket and see what has been entered thus far. 

Inventory (INV)

Repete Feed Formulation interface*

Optimize feed processing by interfacing with the Repete Automate Control System and reduce the effort to manufacture feed. 

oneWeigh (ONE)

Automation enhancements in various areas including Delivery Ticket Entry and Returns, Message Board*, RFID* and Ticket Entry

Various improvements to streamline scale automation and increase data integrity. Click HERE for more detail.

HOW CAN YOU GET IT?

  1. Visit https://myaccount.agris.com/SP to sign in to the MyAccount community, and it will direct you to the AGRIS 10.2.0 Service Pack page.

  2. Under the 10.2.0 section, click Documentation and open the "ReadMe" document for information about the Service Pack. Additional documentation (System Requirements, Installation and Easy Upgrade instructions) is also available.

  3. Click the "Download" link to download and install the Service Pack.

  4. If your business is using the AgroGuide Precision Analysis feature, please contact your Account Manager (or call 800-393-0075 or email info@culturatech.com) to discuss the Agronomy Integration Service.

WANT MORE NEWS YOU CAN USE?

  • Maintenance and support for AGRIS V9.6.0 ends December 31, 2016.

  • The next AGRIS 10 release is scheduled for late May / early June, 2016.

  • Support of the AGRIS Product Suite running on Windows Server 2003, Windows XP and PSQL v10 ended on July 14, 2015. Please contact your Account Manager (or call 800-393-0075 or email info@culturatech.com) to discuss your database upgrade options.  

  • The ability to run the AGRIS system on the Microsoft SQL Server database is becoming a reality.  There are customers who have been running AGRIS in their live Microsoft SQL server environments since September.  A formal release announcement will occur once feedback is evaluated, and testing of the AgroGuide and oneWeigh systems is complete on Microsoft SQL Server.  This is anticipated for the mid-2016.
