Copy Item to multiple locations

If you are wanting to copy an item to multiple locations... here are the easy steps:

1) Ensure items are available at every qualified location

2) Configure an item for a group of locations.

3) Minimize the risk that there is only one part number for each item sold.

Designed for copying Regular and Service items.
Does not currently support other types of items. (Formulated, Manufactured, etc..)

Select Item Maintenance
Choose Add New Inventory Item
Select a location that you currently have the item configured / setup.
Enter or search for the item number.
When the system states this item already exists. Change the location code to a different location.
You will now see where the item setup has been copied to the new location.
Once you review / ensure the configuration for this item is correct, select Save and Exit and the system will now prompt you to copy to other locations
Select the needed locations and then use the continue button to finish the process
The system will now display the first ~30 locations at the bottom of the screen.
