Inbound Ticket Entry - ability to edit/change the Item until Grades are entered

Maximize the flexibility and reduce the time and effort to change the Item until the grading process is complete, especially when the trucker may not know the details of the grain or pulse (i.e., Pinto Beans vs. Slow Darkening Pinto Beans or #2 yellow corn vs. Enogen corn, etc.).

Load Generator and Load Order Entry windows now use Quantities by Site Lookup to only display sites assigned to item

Grain Sample Lookup enhancements in Purchases/Inbound, Outbound/Sales and Bulk Transfer Entry

These enhancements make finding a sample record more efficient by providing a new sort option and search functionality on Sample ID and Date Sent.

Sales/Outbound >Load Order Lookup - changes to display Shipment Number with the option to filter on All Loads, Open Loads and On Shipments

New Scale Tickets by Number - Summary Report

This new report is faster and reduces time to process the Scale Tickets by Number - Summary report.

Add Additional Grades to Assembly Average Grades, Inbound In Transit Unit Train, and Unit Train Shipment Windows

This enhancement will make it easier and more efficient to enter/edit and view the grades and grade values. The user will be able to remain on the respective main screen. Prior to this enhancement, users would have to access a secondary screen to gain access or view these fields (array positions 7-12).

Sales/Outbound > Shipment Invoice Return Entry - new “Keep Historical Load on Rebuilt Shipment” checkbox

Checking the new box – selected shipments, with load numbers, that are returned without selecting the Re-Open Load checkbox will be re-billed, a new shipment created, with the same load number attached. The load number will reside in history but can still be re-opened via Grain/Bulk Shipment Invoicing by selecting the expansion button next to the Load.

This maximizes the ability to research historical load information.

Disposition ID - Ability to mark as Inactive

Add New Setting To Outbound Setup Called "Allow Edit Of Printed Shipments"

This enhancement will provide greater control over shipment records which are deemed completed (after they've been printed). This is a user-level restriction so it allows for some users to retain the capability to edit printed shipments.

Allowing a 0 Qty on a CINCH/Intellego Manufacturing line will provide the greater efficiency in using recipes when it comes to posting of the CINCH/Intellego manufacturing transaction. With this enhancement the users will not be forced to remove the 0 qty lines prior to posting thereby saving time.

Benefits of these enhancements include:

• Freight - Minimize the time and effort to export freight vendors.

• Tickets - increase quality data visibility and usage.

• Tickets - better handle detail splitting of scale tickets when a contract is filled and a remaining quantity is put on a separate ticket detail record. The system will determine whether the Spot Immediate or Spot End of Day setting is true and apply the correct setting to the ticket detail(s).

Email Functionality Consistent with GP:

• Assign CINCH templates to individual customer(s) or vendor(s) using GP’s Report Template Maintenance window. 

• Customize messages with CINCH information by adding fields that are associated with a CINCH Email document type and a series of Sales or Purchasing.

• Provide greater flexibility in using / tailoring email functionality with CINCH/Intellego documents.
