CINCH 18.51 - NEW CINCH Email Functionality

CINCH Email has been enhanced to assign CINCH templates to individual customer(s) or vendor(s) using Microsoft Dynamics GP's Report Template Maintenance window. It has also been enhanced to customize messages with CINCH information by adding fields that are associated with a CINCH Email document type and a series of Sales or Purchasing. (CIN-4012)

Changes to GP's Message Setup
In previous releases only Message IDs with a Message Type of Standard and a Series Type of All could be used with CINCH emails. Now, users can use the Series Type of All, Sales or Purchasing.
If the user selects the Series of Sales, the Doc. Type field will include all the available CINCH Sales Email document types and the Select and Insert Fields section will display fields related to the document type:

• CINCH Outbound Scale Ticket

• CINCH Outbound Meter Ticket

• CINCH Bill of Lading

• CINCH Sales Contract

• CINCH Load Order & Generator

• CINCH Sales Order

• CINCH Sales Invoice

• CINCH Sales Return

• CINCH Cash Receipts

• CINCH Booking Confirmation

• CINCH Certificate of Analysis

If the user selects the Series of Purchasing, the Doc. Type field will include all the available CINCH Purchasing Email document types and the Select and Insert Fields section will display fields related to the document type:

• CINCH Inbound Scale Ticket

• CINCH Inbound Grade Ticket

• CINCH Assembly Sheet

• CINCH Purchase Contract

• CINCH Settlement Sheet
