Changing Companies and Users

You don’t need to close GP completely to change users or companies.

Option 1: Change User and Company Using Microsoft Dynamics GP Dropdown

You can use the Menu Bar: Microsoft Dynamics GP > User and Company

• Select the dropdown from “Company” to select your desired company.

• Select the “Change user…” button to select your desired user.

Option 2: Change User and Company From the Shortcut

Select the company name or user name from the bottom left of the window (shortcut), to modify.

• When selecting the company name from the taskbar, you can then select the dropdown from “Company” to select your desired company.

  • Select the “Change user…” button to select your desired user.

• When selecting the user name from the taskbar, you can sign in as another user.
