How to Resolve Jumping Mouse:

1. Go to Device Manager

Open

2. Go to Mouse and Pointing Devices

Open

3. Look for MS serial track ball mouse

4. Disable, DO NOT REMOVE. Right click on the mouse and select Disable Device.

5. If the mouse won't stop jumping while performing this task, turn the scale off until the mouse is disabled
