Duplicate Licenses Error

The following configuration was recommended by the oneWeigh team when setting up in a multi station environment.

 

In Summary

  • the AGRIS.INI on the host and client PC’s is EXACTLY the same except for the COMPONENT SERVER line.

    • With the Host and Remote AGRIS.INI files exactly the same, this allows the file to just be copied from the host to each client and then changing the Component Server line

  • The paths should be specified for datasets, support, and userprog (IP or computer names will work depending on the network settings).  Do not leave blank on the server.

 

Example:

** The file path specified in the Work Path should be local to the PC.  C:\temp is just an example.  Of course, the folder must exist

** The License Service URL can be blank.  If it is blank, it looks to the Data Path line above for the service.
